EngineeringTrust™ is a validated assessment tool to measure how people decide to trust across cultures. It identifies four trust strategies applied to new situations, communicating, handling risk, and working with others. The International Profiler
The International Profiler (TIP) is a psychometric assessment and feedback process, particularly useful for coaching expatriates.
