Fionnbarr Kelly, M.A., Ireland Consultant, is from Killarney, Ireland and has worked in Ireland, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Fionnbarr holds a B.A. and M.A. in Education from University College Dublin, and Graduate TEFL Diploma from Cambridge University, U.K. He and his wife, Lorraine Kelly, have delivered Working with Ireland and Expatriate Orientation to Ireland training programs for over 100 employees at Intel Corporation, giving them the critical insights to understanding the “Celtic Tiger” changing environment in the Ireland of today.

He has established and managed language learning centers in the U.K. and U.S., and been a corporate trainer for Fiat Auto in Turin, Italy. He has directed worldwide recruitment and been Vice President of the Southern California Irish Network. In his work with the Irish Network, he welcomes Irish new to the Los Angeles area, assists in their cultural adjustment, and sponsors cultural events. He stays current on Irish affairs and the interface between Ireland and the U.S. in his additional role as a freelance journalist for the Irish Independent national newspaper, and the Irish Herald (of San Francisco).
