Marina Bemanian M.S. Iran, Afghanistan Consultant

Marina Bemanian, M.S. Computer Science, is originally from Teheran, Iran; has lived in Pakistan and the U.S., and is a tremendous resource for understanding Iranian and Afghan cultures. She has delivered Charis Passport to Iranian Homebuyers programs for northern and southern California homebuilders.

She has experienced first hand the cultural adjustment challenges in California, having moved to Southern California, studied at California State University, Northridge and worked as a software engineer in Silicon Valley. She travels annually to Iran to visit family and friends and stay current on the tastes, styles, trends and culture in Iran. Marina is active in the home sales industry, working as a real estate and staging consultant with unique insights to the preferences and communication styles of Iranian, Afghan and Indian home buyers.

Previous to her work with Charis, he worked in international sales, and is well aware of the importance of good communication and negotiation skills and relationship building in the customer sales and service process. She is fluent in Farsi, English, and Urdu.
