Mitsch Tapia , Philippines Associate, M.S. Organization Development, is a native of the Philippines with over 12 years experience working in the business sector, government, and independent consulting. Mitsch specializes in strategic change management and cross cultural organization development with projects in a semiconductor factory, a holding company and government financial groups.

She has worked at Intel in the Philippines, Costa Rica, China, and Arizona, and has facilitated strategy development, teambuilding and customer research workshops for property development and management companies in the Philippines. She has also led her own human resources consulting firm in Manila. Mitsch is a graduate of the prestigious Ateneo De Manila University, with a B.S. in Psychology, and has an M.S.O.D. from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management.
