She has over 15 years experience working with global companies to be successful in Mexico and Latin America. Rossana is successful with all levels in organizations, having delivered training for executives, plant managers, and global teams of many nationalities.
- Recent factory and maquiladora training and teambuilding projects include working with a U.S. aerospace company building planes in Mexico
- A pharmaceutical company with assembly operations in Mexico, found through Rossana’s facilitation that a critical team leader in Mexico needed to develop the leadership skills to adequately fulfill the organizations’ requirements
- Working with Mexico training supported several companies opening new maquiladora plants in Mexicali, Chihuahua, and Tijuana
- Training Philips engineers in the U.S. to interface with light bulb factory maquiladoras in Aguas Calientes (near Monterey) Mexico improved communication and work processes.
In addition to these maquiladora environments, she has trained Kyocera managers in working with their professional office-environment colleagues in Mexico. Her US business experience has been with such companies as FedEx, Motorola, Lucent, Guidant, and others; her Mexico business experience has been with Novamex, Teléfonos de México, Asociación de Industriales del Bajío, and others.
Born and raised in Mexico, Rossana received a Master’s in Intercultural Management from the School for International Training in Brattleboro, Vermont, and a Licenciatura (Bachelor’s degree) in Psychology from the Universidad del Nuevo Mundo, Mexico City, with a concentration in industrial psychology. She has completed many training courses given by the National MultiCultural Institute in Washington, D.C., and lived and worked in Mexico, the United States, Portugal, Israel, England, and Italy.
