Santalynda Marrero Ed.D. Organization and Team Development

Santalynda Marrero received her doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Rutgers University. Her broad range of experience for the past 15 years includes teaching, counseling, organization development, training and speaking. She has worked at Rutgers University, Bell Laboratories, Silicon Valley high tech, and Stanford University Hospital. She enjoys a balance between theory and practice to facilitate-experiential learning in her programs. Using humor, a little magic, and activities to involve the audience make for inspiring and impactful workshops, retreats and presentations

Santalynda consults with management to understand issues concerning management and communication with a multicultural workforce. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
